Work in progress 1996 - 202?

2024 Art takes time and sometimes it's best to allow it to develop at it's own pace. A series I have been working on since 1996 - and continue to add to - is an amalgamation of several processes.

Each time I do a workshop and learn a new technique, I incorporate it into this series.

I have used: mono-printing, screen printing, Letterpress Printing, Digital printing, Lithography, Batik, Shibori, Eco dying, Cyanotype, and other processes. Then I have layered and paper cut before sandwiching the layers using resin and acrylic. Binding the layers with an outer rim of copper foil.

At this stage I am unsure if I will assemble them together using a led lighting technique or use them in a mobile. Decisions! Decisions!

I adore the process and learning new techniques far more than entering work into an exhibition or participating in the end game of selling.
